The fact that they are prime targets means OTHER companies want THEM, not that THEY want to be bought. He said they are evaluating their options, or something to that effect, if I recall correctly (I can check my videotape if you think differently). Any public company CEO who didn't say that a company would evaluate any buyout offers it received would be sued by minority shareholders. Fund
