Savoirman, The Asia recovery thesis is a good possible explanation. I have noticed every morning lately, that the Asian markets are kicking serious butt right now. There might even be a rotation going on between markets. The amazing thing is the suddenness of the rise. If there were a huge short position, it would be understandable how larger than normal rise of say 1/2 or 1 could cause a short squeeze. I do think that the push from 15 1/2 to 18 probably flushed out the remaining shorts (although I'm sure there were new ones coming in at those levels too). Today was the most interesting, bizarre day since I started following this stock daily (about 3 years now). Although, I did sell into the rally I still have 1/3 of my original position. Therefore, like you, I hope this is not "over by a long shot". Regards, FF
