Sounds yummy. I must try it. Nobody in the house but me will eat it, but you know, that's not such a bad thing. I am going to try to bake a ham, too, haven't done that in so long, and I want to make really good red beans and rice, so I need a ham bone.
My grandmother used to make red beans as good as Popeyes, all creamy like that. She wouldn't give me the recipe, she used to have a restaurant, and she said it was her secret, but she promised to give me the recipe when she died. Lying old bat! (Kidding!)
