Provident American Corp. Rated Buy

Provident American Corp.(PAMC) has risen from its fifty-two week low of $2-3/4 to a new intraday high of $36-7/8. PAMC share price has settled to $33-3/8 which remains in new high territory. PAMC found resistance at around $13 in January and has been as low as $6 since then. PAMC charts steady upward growth since early March and when it broke $13, the stock price based for about a week and then took off.

Yesterday, E-Offering's Electronic Commerce Analyst, Gary Craft, initiated new coverage of PAMC with a Buy rating and a 12-24 month target price of $75-$90/share.

E-Offering is an online investment banking firm funded in part by E-Trade that provides Investment Research and Capital Markets services to institutional and individual investors.

PAMC through its 2 subsidiaries, Provident Indemnity Life Insurance Co. and Provident American Life and Health Insurance Company, underwrites and sells life and health insurance.
