Assuming worst case EPS at $0.60/share, NOVL will trade in the $7 - $8 range. At $0.75/share, expect it to trade in the $9 - $10 range.

If a buyout occurs, expect no more than a 50% premium (US ROBOTICS premium: a measly 14%). That puts the buyout at between $12 - $15.
The cash component is only worth $3/share and that assuming management isn't having a good time with that $1 billion. How can we be reassured it is still $1 billion ? Anybody at NOVL know if caviare is served in the executive boardroom ?
