Ok Mads, since you told your story, I'll tell mine... Several weeks ago, I had all the symptoms of a cold coming on...scratchy throat, nose starting to run and lots of sneezing. My Zicam arrived the day I was really starting feel it coming on fast and furiously. Within 24 hours of using the Zicam, my symptoms were completely gone. Contrary to the directions, I did not continue to use the Zicam. Within about another 24 hours, my symptoms were back. Again I used the Zicam, and again within 24 hours, the symptoms were gone. I went through this back and forth one more time before the symptoms were gone for good. I don't want to jump to any conclusions after warding off only one cold, but I can certainly tell you I'll always have Zicam on hand. And by the way, ordering the Zicam from the website with overnight delivery works! c
