I can't really explain the Brazilian services company. I thought that they were trying to get out of that type of thing.

As for the other one, I know that WorldCom has been investing in wireless cable. They are obviously looking into new technologies. They may be either looking to strengthen their position in wireless cable or will be trying to provide wireless local loop with the technology. I don't know enough about the technology to know if they would be able to provide wireless internet service, but I guess if they can provide wireless local, they could also do internet.
