Old news.
When you have as many shares are Mr Smith does, 100K is a drop in the bucket. Why not? As has been often repeated, Mr Gates always sells shares of MSFT, even did it when it way back at $20 (split adjusted). If he only knew it would be at $100 in a matter of a year! He must not be very smart.
