Jules, I just got back from Beijing where I was on vacation for a week. I missed the CC and would appreciate your thoughts. Regarding CPQ and their different BIOS's in the commercial lines, I can assure you that from first hand experience it has been a mess. It seems that there are changes in the BIOS from one month to the next! The same equipment, (HP scanners) have to be configured differently on two CPQ's that were bought only 4 months apart because of different BIOS generations. <sigh> Hope all is well, Marc
