If the PC is already so cheap, under $500, then why not just buy a PC to access the internet, and at the same time own a computer.I do not need a seperate toll to get on the internet, if PC can also access internet, and cheap. So, this is a stupid idea.
If the PC is very expensive, say, $2000, then it is reasonable to use another cheap tool to get on the internet.
