** Brinker and Kosovo **

Brinker was right last week when he said the market did not care about Kosovo. BUT he has said the market would care about the cost of Kosovo. Well, the numbers are starting to flow and we are talking billions here. I hope Brinker covers this point this weekend. At what point will the market be concerned about the costs? There goes the "surplus." THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE EXOGENOUS EVENT ON THE HOROZON and not just from a hard cost perspective either.
