Your post is but ONE example of how the proViagra press has done such a wonderful hatchet job on Vivus. It is disturbing to say the least.

Vivus IR MUST BE RAZOR SHARP AND AHEAD OF THE CURB!!!! ARE YOU LISTENING NINA!!!

Vivus needs to look at EVERY press release made and IMMEDIATELY contact the source to see that their shoddy journalism is corrected ASAP with a corrective release.

The Bloomberg press release was filled with errors. So was that San Fransico Chronical article. The list goes on.

Here is another example:

The other day I spoke with a brokerage friend of mine invested in Vivus. He was upset because a press service his company uses (Dow Jones News) did not put out the release Vivus made recently regarding Alibra. He called Dow and complained that since Vivus is one of the stocks his trading desk is involved in and as a DJ client he EXPECTS fair and prompt reporting when one of his companies releases news. He spoke to a manager at DJ who agreed with him. Do you know what they did in the end--NOTHING! That's right they still didn't release the news.

PS We Vivus investors can help ourselves. Whenever we see a news item that is incorrect or unfairly biased against Vivus we can IMMEDIATELY point it out here on the Vivus SI thread and then post the appropriate e-mail or telephone number to that news source to DEMAND fair press!
