Hi, Pat, you know Beltane is celebrated with gusto in Edinburgh!

Frankly, I think that people, at least the people on this thread, adore an excuse to take a break and play now and then. Seasonal themes such as Mistletoe and Valentine's give them a clustering point for the imagination and a point of departure. It is fun.

I honestly do not to poke fun at the Celtic ritual. My own Celtic background is what led me to use it a theme and to provide the opening explanation. I hoped that this was clear.
