ICOC - what's up or should I say what's down. I'm perplexed after researching SEC filings and company news that ICOC is still 1 "ish" and hasn't participated in current run. The financials are somewhat awesome and their business should really gain with ASIA coming up. I plunked down a small opening position at 1 1/32 and am looking for input from anyone. Could it be an overlooked gem or does Mr. Market know alot of something I don't. Looking for other laggards too - BEXP and UFAB are two.
