Food for thought... Yahoo paid 5.7 billion for broadcast.com Lets assume TVontheWeb is worth 3 billion (estimate). If AXC owns 51%, AXC's stake may be worth 1.5 bil. 1.5 bil / 50 mil shares outstanding = $15 / shr Add in the value of AENTV, Reiter and Ampex Data Systems and we will have at minimum a $30 dollar stock. Given internet valuations, this is probably extremely low! Comments??? Milt
