Mark/ It takes a week or so to get the share certificates.

The public float would essentially be a couple million shares larger while the warrants or the shares issued on warrants are trading. By releasing the most important news while the float is smaller, one might expect a larger impact on the stock price.

Note that I am not saying that this is a bad thing! I'm just trying to understand the promotion side of the issue as thoroughly as possible.
