Insider sales are not as indicative of a stocks direction as insider purchases are. A person sells for a variety of reasons, none of which may represent a percursor of things to come.

Also, have you seen the difference between total shares outstanding and total float on CSCC? It's rather amazing. Total O/S is something like 90,000,000 and only 17,000,000 float! If insiders own over 70,000,000, you'd expect them to realize some profit. Whether the price is at $80 or $30, their average cost is probably in the single digits, not a bad return no matter how you slice it.
