It has been two weeks since I sent the e-mail with a number of questions (copied to the thread on April 4th), but I have not received a response. I understand these questions were part of Marty's list of questions as well, and hopefully, someone else on the thread took the questions and e-mailed these to Management. No answer so far. I would suggest that everyone who might be concerned about their investment in these shares sends a copy of the same e-mail, maybe one of the senders will receive a response. Zeev
