Not once was anyone rude to me - to the contrary for the most part they were very helpful. Maybe because I am a female with a nice voice - who knows ;) "

You were dealing with tech support and not the sales dept. The tech guys were always cordial and helpful when setting up my software or if I had questions about the functionality of RT3. The problem is when you call ABW for a transaction. They hand you over to the sales dept and then you're treated like dirt. I don't know what else those guys are doing there but my impression is that serving ABW customers is not their highest priority.
