Sorrry Telemarker, having another hectic week and haven't had a chance to go over that again. As I remember it, wasn't a sort of Anti-takeover plan? I don't think I was really happy about it the way it was written when I first saw it, but then I have owned shares in companies, such as Exigent, that had simular measures that had to be changed as they moved up to the NASDAQ. I really have to look it over again before I say more. I was hoping someone else would discuss it. Perhaps no one cares? Dave
