well, it means that nobody gave up there shares at 90, and he only owns in stock 34.2 % of the company. which might be more than anyone else, but he does not own 50 + % like he wanted to. anyway, if he wants controlling stake he will have to reach deeper into his pocket which is too late in my opinion. i think i also read that they will have three members on the board of directors as well. so, although he does not have controlling stake % wise, i think everything still must go through V.V.
