Dan B., where can you check on the Form 4 filing. Are "insiders" in a non reporting... Company obliged to make a Form 4 disclosure. There is no doubt in my mind that a great portion of the filers of Form 144 in DCHT have sold their shares. Where do we find confirmation of this fact? Sid, can you help on that one, please?
