Rick, the results are the most confusing thing that I have seen in a long time. I listened to the conf call....and was very disappointed......The sales were low...new orders are up but not to proforma....inventories are sky high and there seemed to be alot of dodging of questions. They mentioned some orders to TI and expect things to pick up in 2nd half of 1997. The disappointment was that there was no followup to the Flowfill other than just the mention of stuff we already know.....It seemed that the analysts had to dig for info and management did not seem to take the call very seriously. I could hear the fustration in the analyst questions. As far as forward looking info...there was practically none. I expect a down day tomorrow and won't be surprised to see a big slide tomorrow. I think management needs to be a little more "analyst friendly" they sounded like brats. dave
