I am willing to bet more than anyone here. I really wouldn't be too sure of that. SI members have deep pockets. You could be one of them but I'd never know. I remember a post on the MRVC thread where someone declared they were a major shareholder with a 5,000 share stake in the company. A trader responded that was the minimum trade he made in the stock. You never know. Blanket statements like that discount your credability. We all know AMAT is the gorilla in the semiconductor equipment area. The question is are they going to dominate this area also, or given the relative price for SFAM, is there a reasonable chance of substantial profits on SFAM if they don't. Obviously there is some disagreement and severe discounting of SFAM's prospects, otherwise we wouldn't be sitting with SFAM at these levels. I don't think the last chapter in the story is over. My greatest fear is NVLS buys them out for $15/share before the market for CMP really gets rolling.
