"Old news.
When you have as many shares are Mr Smith does, 100K is a drop in the
bucket. Why not? As has been often repeated, Mr Gates always sells
shares of MSFT, even did it when it way back at $20 (split adjusted). If
he only knew it would be at $100 in a matter of a year! He must not be
very smart."

Paul,

The sell by Mr. Smith is the issue that really bothers me. Please understand I am long on CSCC but the selling time by Mr. Smith seems inappropriate. One of his jobs is to try to boost CSCC stock for the benefit of its shareholders and his sell put fear into many. I could understand him selling at that time if he needed some cash to live on, but doubt that was the case. The Bill Gates analogy is not a good analogy. MSFT had not lost 66% of value but had on a slow continual rise if I recall. I did not look that up to confirm this. I wonder if Mr. Gates would have sold had MSFT stock dropped to one third its value from six months ago. It is my opinion Mr. Smith had an obligation to hold those shares until there was more confidence in the stock of CSCC. His sell really bothers me even though he has sold shares many times in the past. This was just very bad timing and makes CSCC look like it is in a weak position. Any thoughts on that?

Glenn
