We are thinking for a new millennia James. The old rulz do not apply anymore. If you hadn't noticed, the Cold War is over. I believe CNN has published a series. It is now officially, history. The UN is an unwieldy dinosaur ruled by vacillating “yes men”. A “beyond all else, cover thine own butt first” circumspect bureaucracy. An inefficient den of good ole boy, career diplomats; unable to form an original thought or attempt an singular action related to any thread of common sense.
The UN doctrines you are so fond of are being massaged into an efficient pedagogical dogma befitting a race (human) verging on a great leap in the progressive development of humankind.
Indeed James, “A New World Order” , constructed from a nucleus of right verses wrong. Before you ask “who's right and who's wrong” James, basic human right and wrong, passed down through the ages. Adopted by tried and true methods of communal survival. Identic in every religion, race or creed on earth. We are learning from the past, not stuck in the mire, pushing the cart of a past so desperate to repeat. |
