Les,

Have you heard that it turns out that Milosevic and
Clinton/NATO both knew each others plans? It turns
out that some French General gave the bombing plans
to Milosevic last October in an attempt to get him
to negotiate rather than fight. Instead, he started
telling Clinton and NATO that he would ethnically
cleanse Kosovo if they started bombing. It appears
that NATO and Clinton thought they could stop his
ethnic cleansers with an air campaign, and thus called
his hand. Looks like Milosevic knew he could pull it
off. It just goes to show how imcompetent NATO and
Clinton were in preparing for this showdown. It also
reveals that Clinton is lying about the refugees. He
knew all along what Milosevic was going to do. He
just didn't think there would be any refugees because
he arrogantly thought his air campaign would prevent
the ethnic cleansing. Chalk up another screw-up to
our Commander in Chief.
