Thanks for the update.
S.O. is a great outfit. My family has done work for them in the past, and we were always impressed with the quality of the superintendents on their projects. In this business, that seems to be a key to profitability.

I am just starting to look at the company again. With a current ROE of >40%, I'm wondering why they haven't grown more in the last 20 years. (-Not that ROE is a particularly good indicator for a contract management company.)
