Trying to mislead AGAIN I see ! RIM applied 0107for Nazdaq started trading 0204 less than 30 days reason was they applied AFTER getting SEC approvals and getting symbol from Nasdaq. BII put both applications in at same time , Nasdaq easy part just technical .SEC on the other hand is the body to satisfy .It appears To date BII has yet to satisfied SEC . The latest re-filing bigger than last. I said at least 3 re-filings, you said no way, it has happened as I said. I said 3 yr. audit would be required , you said no way ,it has happened as I said . I would now venture a guess that possible 1st.qtr. results will be filed before clearance from SEC is obtained if at all . Sec doesn't always approve all companies applications, exchanges have no influence on SEC.
