When you're in early negotiations and the beginnings of a deal with an established company (Ladbrokes, or otherwise) you usually have to have their permission to reveal what's up. Another company I have a chunk of "blabbed" the info - and the deep-pocketed Dutch entity that was going to bankroll them took their ping-pong balls and went home [pretty pissy, but se' la guere]. This put the otc/bb entity behind the 8-ball for about a year! I'm sure Tom understands that we're a little starved for news at the moment. John :-)
