I would love to send this guy a package in the mail to let him know how pleased I am with his "wise" lawsuit. Talk about sour grapes. My god, I had a question about why I did not get Value America shares with a 5:23 timestamp and Etrade corrected the problem within a few days. (i.e. I got an allocation.) I wish people in this country would try and solve problems themselves instead of running to a lawyer everytime they have a problem. What a jerk. --Bob
