EBAY is not a gorilla company like INTC or MSFT, and
it is only six months since its IPO.
Its valuation is already based on a mature gorilla company.
EBAY lacks of any barrier to entry, and INTERNET is so efficient to
attract customers and competitors too.
The price pressure will be enormous.
Security is another big issue.
Consumer to consumer is only small portion of overall future auction
market.
