I will look at TKLC and VMIX and let you know. Schwab problems - I would like to hear more about the "free ride" problem you mentioned, just so I can try and avoid ever having it happen with ETrade. ETrade is 1 - 1 on trade disputes with me. They denied one and gave me 1/8 on 2K shares another time. As far as beaming TV into Serbia, it was discussed at the State Department briefing on Friday. Go to state.gov and track the daily briefing section, or try the USIA Kosovo page at usia.gov. There are several initiatives underway. But most Serbs in Yugoslavia and Bosnia have decided that all western media are "factories of lies", a literal quote. There are a lot of psychological elements involved which would take me long time to explain. We are doing what we can.
