Buckey,This is an "inovation", "invention" "Tech-" stocks. IMO long term, but short term [depending how long is short term }is very bearish, the price action did not justify for that $12.00 at all, it looks like it has to test that $6.25 or $6.50 first before that long term play kick in. Then IMHO>
Right now, it is 100% purely rally on that NR, plus that Wt.s expired stuff. It is 100% sell on the news, a false rally, this few days as soon the price hit that $11.75 to that $12.00 sellers will compete and sell like the hell and will drive the stock back down.
Also, From the NR it said "Global intends to negotiate an agreement with Dephi covering the entire solid fuel cell project. In the meantime, the intial purchase order will allow Global to immediately commence work. while the parties believe that these negotiations will reach a successful conclusion, there is no assurance that such will be the case. The value of the transactions has not been disclosed."
Market will see through when a successful conclusion, then that long term bullish mode will set in or else, GLE wii much below that $10.00.
On the other hands, some are super bullish, news media cranzy, etc....it tells that $12.00 is much over done for the moment, any way.
I shall be very cautious for this short-term and be prepare to "JUMP the GUN" and buy my 250,000 shares to start with.
Patience and intelligence will pay off in the long run.
