David, so you are buying spinnoff stock that is not registered, in hopes that it will be registered someday by the same criminal that told you he was going to cancel some stock that is out there somewhere. By the way, the creep has been using his dead fathers social security number for quite some time now and the Utah Attorney General is conducting an investigation into this and other matters, now. I think that the slimeball is soon to be fitted with a new suit.
I plan to stay very active in this investigation, the ensuing trial and conviction, and the sentencing phase, as I am sure many others will be also. I also plan to pay the creep a visit in Prison, so I can laugh at his ugly fat ass behind bars.
