I see comments on this thread, concerning "something strange going on" and "forced sale of 4%" by a large holder. I somewhere saw a story about some individual that "biotech stock holders hate" because of some sort of unexplained past actions - and the fact that he now holds a substantial stake in Gmed. I think it was in a Forbes. Now, I realize that I have stated nothing tangible. And I really got nothing tangible out of that article. So what if someone owns stock in this company who may or may not be a nice fellow? I did not recognize the man's name, and I am fairly literate in terms of financial reading. I know nothing he has done. I do know that some people know how to manipulate stock prices, and I also know that the price of Gmed has been moving steadily and beautifully upward. Seems almost unreal.
