Stockmiser: Thanks for the Herceptin data. As for biotech in general, I agree with you. These days it seems the market has become more, and more, of a "casino" with everybody chasing the momentum of the latest hot "thang." To my way of thinking, despite the profits that can be made, this is crazy.

But don't think I'm above it all, 'cause I've done the same from time to time, heh! I just like to think I'm more judicious about it. But back to biotech. Ya, some folks don't seem to realize how LONG the process can be, with no assurances of success at the end. With each phase taking ~1 to 2 years and the Fed's taking, sometimes, an equal amount of time.......well.......check back to the date I first started this thread, heh!

My timeframe with BIOM has always been the turn of the millennium. And I'm gratified to see that, as of now, their products are still proving to have efficacy. And since we're now down, almost, to the last lap, I gotta think those of us who've been quietly accumulating BIOM whenever it's around its lows should be quite happy two years from now.

But, of course, this style involves more than chasing the next hot "thang," don't it? ;-)

Regards!

John~
