au contraire, Leuthy, all 3 of the sentences you highlighted went into my conclusion.

No one has the right to tell you how to live; if you had 100,000 shares of Ascend and chose not to sell any for ANY reason, that's your right - and it's no one else's business as well.

Ejabat isn't just any private individual and his actions re his stock do have some relevance but to idly speculate as to his reasons and then come to some conclusion *based on your own philosophy* is extremely foolish and is lacking in common sense, IMO. You can guess all you want but if you act based on your guesswork as to why he did what he did, well, that's your privilege.

The reference to the Ghengis Khan School was just a joke because it was clear that my diplomacy was about equal to his. I'm genuinely sorry the humor didn't translate well and misled you - there was no suggestion that you were not diplomatic,I was referring to myself.

I've always felt that your presentation in starting this thread was lacking in logic despite the fact that you had a dazzling array of facts that you marshalled (a big job, to be sure) to support your conclusions. Many or most could have been attacked (in the same sense as a Doctorate thesis may be attacked and must be defended) but I simply didn't have the time nor inclination to do so. I will simply say that in my humble opinion (for whatever little it's worth) many of those comments or facts did not logically lead to the conclusion you stated.
