Sorry, REW, there's something about this after all that I don't understand. As to Bernie, he will not be found in any documents filed. The only thing he did, as best as I understand, was to help find and arrange the best financing for TSIG when there were no takers. He was the best help in keeping TSIG in business. Without his efforts we would very likely not be here on the verge of the expected breakout. Those who are in TSIG for a long time probably remember his name from last year. If this person found financing for the company, wasn't he paid a commission? If he was, then that should be in the filings somewhere. And if he found the financing, then why the commission to Grady & Hatch? ?
