Ed, Welcome to the SFY board. It's always nice to get new blood,
especially if you are prepared to take a fresh look at the stock and
share your thoughts.

My comments about oil representing 35% of output are based on the
Mcfe calculations, where 1 barrel of oil is equivalent to 6 Mcf of NG.
I was also refering solely to output. Q4 '98 SFY pumped 720Bbls of
oil (4320Mcfe) of a total output of 12,451Mcfe. Since SFY are still
mainly an NG company, their pricing and output is stated on the basis
of gas (i.e. in cubic feet and cubic feet equivalent).

There have been some good posts on this thread in the last few months
which are well worth reading. I'm currently an SFY bull, but there
are others here who are more balanced than me (!). Some things I wrote
