Now hold on, YOU bought stock which you "acquired in private transactions". Under your logic, do you enjoy buying stock in a company that you don't believe will be registered? Why would you do that? You either believe the stock is valueless or has value. Can't have it both ways. BTW, the shares will be canceled through a court action. David
