I think we will be having oranges for dinner. They had the most beautiful oranges at Costco, only catch you had to buy 40lbs. So I have a box with 40 lbs of oranges in it sitting in my kitchen. Know any dinner recipes involving oranges? And not duck a l'orange please. I love Costco but frequently get into much trouble there. It would probably be cheaper if I just paid regular price at the grocery store.
