Sorry about the NASDAQ mix up. Guess all I can think of is National as per "HH".

Your assessment of the $4 floor is IMO absolutely correct. I also think that the growing likelihood of the Interport deal and NOT the 20F or e-trading is the reason for the recent price / volume increase.

In terms of a possible major financing (BTW not being an expert but thanks anyway), there is only one thing I will speculate on:
The ducks were lined up months ago during KH's numerous trips to NYC.
I also do not expect any sizeable fund participation if that's what you meant by "institutional"; at least not for this first round ...
