Bob Consider yourself fortunate that ETrade worked with you on the VUSA shares. My experience with PCLN was totally different. My timestamp was far earlier than many who received shares. I made numerous phone calls on the regular Customer Service line to no avail. I even had one CSR hang up on me. It was a joke. No explanation at all!!! I was disgusted with ETrade to say the least. Now I realize as a Platinum trader, there is a special CSR and trading line that you get through on in a fraction of the time it takes on the regular CSR lines. Next time I have an IOI problem I will call the Platinum CSR dept, and hopefully have better results like you did. I still feel a lawsuit will put ETrade on notice. I have found ETrade to be very inconsistent in their policies, as you have agreed with me on in the past. What do you think are the chances of ETrade getting some Etoys shares for Monday night? Last minute like they did with Concur last Thursday night. Bank Boston is an underwriter.
