He was on McNeil Report last night and blurted out that he was offended that McCain had suggested that Clinton was calling the shots on bomb targets like LBJ did. Then, w/o even being pressed on the issue, he managed to stumble into a protracted, disjointed explanation (meant to be a denial) that actually ended up admitting Clinton is giving the final say on bomb targets!

Now, even nuke44 would admit that is a scary thought.
