But could he trade those shares immediately? If not then where did he gain except from the obvious difference between the $0.15 and where the share price is heading. Bad enough but not the same as unloading into the news as you are maybe inappropriately suggesting. And if he could trade why would he unload knowing what he does?

Agree. That's 11M shares in 1 year? Sounds pretty excessive if you ask me. I doubt he was unloading the shares. All that would have to appear in SEC filings. But he is diluting the crap out of the company and I don't like it one bit. I want him to stop. He already has enough shares to make him filthy rich is the company is successful. Let him take more shares after the company has brought in 100M in revenues and is trading over 5/share. Enough already!!!
