That is why I have 5 brokers, because they all are down at one time or another. Actually, I have been dialing the phone a lot lately, even with 5 of them. Now that really stinks, and I have had it with all of them. No or late confirms, 10 minutes on hold, etc...
There are some small reginal brokers that do the best jobs, the big guys cannot handle their growth, so see ya!!!!!! (I actually sat on the phone for 3 hours one day last week, making trades, talking shop with a small Chicago broker, because ADP was down and I could not get confirms, which in a hot market is just not acceptable.) |
