Right, Tim.. thanks. Perhaps I tried to deal with the matter in a highly generalized language, given Ken's starting point. But your points are well taken. And thanks for the refresher / tutorial.

Someone else on another thread asked for the FCC link [url] that contains the latest colo regs. What form did that take? Was it a ruling, or a proposed piece of legislation? And how much of this is still left to local jurisdictions?

Do you have any good links to point us to? The ones I come up with are one- and two- years old. I seem to recall something more recent. Frank
