Ron, I'll direct this post to you, it would seem applicable.........what makes you so sure that they will be tradable, and that the people running the spin offs are trying to build shareholders value? Who was the last person you spoke with from either spin off? I have called, and talked with Elaine Cawley repeatedly and asked her when, and if Envirotec or ADHATTERS will trade. She tells me nothing, she doesn't even offer hope. When I ask who can answer my questions, do you know what her reply is? "Sorry, nobody has been directed to answer shareholders questions". They are acting like a private company. From what I'm told, they were private before they got tangled up with CSMA, and resented being made a public entity. They want to be private. I felt she was trying to discourage me.
For the foreseeable future there is no law requiring them to report earnings, or make the shares tradable. My guess is they won't. Not unless the shareholders start demonstrating they have a stake in the spin offs and start making some call to the right people. If anyone wants to know the names and numbers of these people, PM me.
