I disagree. I have only been with two firms, Etrade and Webstreet. Etrade is just flat out aweful. Customer service is slow, they still haven't got my accounts set up correctly. I have been pleased with Webstreet since early fall. I usually get execusions very quickly and the pop up confirmations are great. This new java app they are using for live quotes is much better, from what I have seen over the last few days. I also noticed the app is about 25k smaller(89k versus something like 125k). As I said in an earlier post, I am going to open an account on Datek and see what they ahve to offer. I've heard both good and bad, as is the case with Webstreet.
